GP Patient Survey 2025

NHS England together with Ipsos, have published the latest Official Statistics from the GP Patient Survey. The survey provides information on patients’ overall experience of primary care services and their overall experience of accessing these services.

Results are weighted ensuring the results are more representative of the population of patients aged 16 or over registered with each GP practice.

91% of patients rated their overall experience of our practice as good (National Average 75%)

This is one of the highest ranking achieved across all GP practices in the Shropshire and Telford Integrated Care System (ICS) region and places our practice in position 406 out of 6215 surgeries and in the highest 6.5% of practices in England.
